Shipping Area

Standard Shipping is available for eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, or international destinations may be subject to different shipping fees, delivery options, or restrictions.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is at least $49.99 USD after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. For merchandise subtotals below $49.99 USD, the Standard Shipping charge is $6.99 USD.

Any shipping option or charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days, including order processing and transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, address issues, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please use the tracking details to follow the shipment after dispatch.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to help before an order is processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee an address change after that point.

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, or encounters a delivery issue, contact service@retailleka.com with your order details. Additional shipping or reshipment charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before they are charged.
